Been waiting along time to buy a couple of these racks for my bikes (years). I caught the Black Friday sale when they were 30% off and finally pulled the trigger since they were more affordable. The price point of entry was what was keeping me from making the purchase. They are an amazing piece of kit, and are a much nicer way of hanging and securing your gear. At full price they were out of my league, but with the sale they were fair value in my opinion. I wish I could have had them sooner, but it is what it is. Not disappointed at all. It’s a great product……even better at the sale price. Maybe something the owners could think about, but if you’re buying multiple racks, could there be a possibility of a discount for future purchasers.

We ordered two SteadyRack Pros which arrive quickly by mail. Unfortunately, in one of the boxes the installation kit was missing. I messaged SteadyRack and Veronica responded very quickly and send us a replacement kit which arrived within a couple of days. Thanks Veronica! Now both racks are installed and save us heaps of space in the garage :-)

All great apart from one detail - the rear tyre rest design. Works fine for standard wheels and rims but for deeper rims when rotated it pulls out. See photos. Need an alternative design for deeper rims. Apart from that a great system.

The rear tyre rest is designed as a support, not necessarily to cradle the tyre when pivoted. You can place the rear tyre on the outer edge of the rest when pivoted and this will keep the bike secure without coming into contact with your deep rims. We hope this helps!
